These terms apply to the aunavo.com website, to the content we publish and to AUNAVO's free tools, such as the ISO 9001 Readiness Diagnostic. By using the site or a tool, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Who we are
AUNAVO is operated by AUNAVO INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), registered in Brazil under CNPJ 69.464.666/0001-05, with its registered office at Rua Almirante Teotônio Carvalho, 1050, complemento 635, Tirol, Natal/RN, CEP 59015-100, Brazil.
2. What we offer today
Content about Management Systems and free tools, which work without sign-up. The AUNAVO platform is under construction. When there is an account or a paid plan, they will have their own terms, presented before you join.
3. What the tools are, and what they are not
The tools help you see your company's situation and decide the next step.
- The result comes from your answers. Nobody checks documents, records or the company's day-to-day. That is why the diagnostic speaks of declared readiness.
- It is not an audit, consultancy or technical opinion.
- It is not a guarantee of certification. The decision about a certificate belongs to the certification body, after auditing the company.
Use the result as a starting point, not as a conclusion.
4. Artificial intelligence
Some tools use artificial intelligence. When they do, the screen will say so.
AI proposes and explains; you decide. It can be wrong, leave something out or be unaware of a particularity of your company. Check what it proposes before adopting it, as you would with anyone's suggestion.
5. What is yours
What you answer and what you build with the tools is yours. You may use it, keep it and show it to whomever you wish.
By using a tool, you authorize us to process this information as described in the Privacy Policy: to deliver the result and to produce statistics that add up the answers of many companies, without identifying any of them.
If you answer on behalf of a company, you declare that you are allowed to provide what you provide.
6. What is ours, and what belongs to the standards
The site, the texts, the tools and the AUNAVO brand belong to AUNAVO.
You may use the tools and the content in your company, and with your clients, if you are a consultant. You may quote what we publish, citing the source.
You may not resell the tools, present them as your own or copy the content in bulk.
Technical standards, such as ISO 9001, belong to the bodies that publish them. AUNAVO explains the requirements in its own words and does not reproduce the text of the standards. For the official text, purchase the standard from its publisher.
7. Acceptable use
By using the site and the tools, you undertake not to:
- try to access areas, data or systems that are not yours;
- overload the service with bots or mass automated extraction;
- provide data about another person or company without authorization;
- use the service for an illegal purpose.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.
8. Availability
The free tools are offered as they are. They may change, go offline or cease to exist, and we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. We work to make them function well.
9. Liability
Decisions made on the basis of the site, the content or the result of a tool are yours. To the extent permitted by law, AUNAVO is not liable for losses arising from those decisions, from an audit result or from the unavailability of the service.
Nothing here excludes a right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a relevant way, we will publish the new version here, with the date. Continuing to use the site after the change means accepting the new version.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, are chosen to settle questions about them, without prejudice to the consumer's right to resort to the courts of their place of residence.
